How quickly can I receive my orders?
I will endeavour to post items within 48 hours of ordering so that they are able to be received by customers within 5 working days of ordering – and I will reach out if this is not possible. With the current prevalence of Coronavirus lockdowns and social distancing restrictions I might need to delay posting to minimise my own risks.
In the case of my limited edition print collection there will be a lead time involved as I need to order the prints to be made by my supplier , in this case I will reach out and keep you updated via the email address given in your store but I anticipate these will be turned around in 10 days.
How do I return an unwanted item?
I will allow for returns to be made within 14 days to be made of ordering – please email me at [email protected] if you would like to request a return and I will be able to organise a refund to your chosen method of payment upon receipt of the ordered item in a condition where it can be resold.
What forms of payment do I accept?
I accept credit card , Paypal or BACS transfer as payment options via this website – in the case of BACS I will send through an invoice with a link to my bank account for direct payment. Items will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment. All credit card payments are securely processed through my partner Stripe and I do not store any credit card information – all other information needed for ordering is processed according to my privacy policy.
